Since all of our products are custom-made, we’re sorry that we cannot accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason. Please make sure to confirm your preferred design before placing an order.

If there is a quality issue or the product arrives damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge, or you may request a full refund.
